3603107 - Error during upgrade phase "EU_CLONE_DRP_SHDVIEWS_PRP" due to internal error in 'SHDNAME' field for 'R3TR_VARIS'

Symptom

  • During a stack update, an error occurs in the phase: MAIN_SHDINST/SUBMOD_SHDALIASCRE/SUBMOD_SHDVIEWCRE/EU_CLONE_DRP_SHDVIEWS_PRP.
  • The error message displayed is: "ETQ399 Generating clone list with flags: SHDTAB2VIEW USETYPEFORMDEST CHK4NAMETABS NOSUFFIX 4EETQ399 Table 'R3TR_VARIS': Internal error: Empty 'SHDNAME' field in 'PUTTB_SHD' for 'R3TR_VARIS'".
  • The issue persists even after repeating the phase several times and initializing the phase to restart it from the beginning.
