3603277 - Trigger point “After Service Execution” is not available for certain SFC-related business services

Symptom

When setting up a business rule in "Manage Automatic Triggers" for the following business services with the Trigger Point set to “After Service Execution”, there are no input parameters available in Value dropdown:

  • Complete SFC -v1;
  • Serialize SFC - v1;
  • Split SFC - v1;
  • Merge SFC - v1;
  • Relabel SFC - v1;
  • Disposition nonconformant SFC - v1.
