3603304 - Inspection Document reference is not removed from the EWM stock with Follow-Up Activity "0031 No Further Activities" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Scope Item BKP with Warehouse Management.
• Inspection Code is entered and Follow-Up Activity is set as "0031 No Further Activities" at APP Enter Inspection Results - From Warehouse(APP ID MSR_INSPWH).
• Switch to "Return Overview" page, there is no posting change docment is created.
• The stock still has Inspction document reference at Warehouse Monitor. It is not possible to create posting change document manually or change stock type with warehouse monitor.
• The Follow-Up Status Light Button is Green with Display Mode but it is Yellow with Change Mode.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to APP Enter Inspection Results - From Warehouse(APP ID MSR_INSPWH), enter the return delivery number.
2. Check the inspction code and follow-up activity 0031 No Further Activities. 
3. Switch to "Return Overview" page, no posting change document is created.
4. Go to Warehouse Monitor(APP /SCWM/MON) - Stock and Bin - Physical Stock, display the current stock. Inspection document referrence is still linked to the stock.

It is by designed.

Follow-Up Action "0031 No Further Activities" is a "temporary" code instead of a final decision.

It is still possible to enter/change the follow-up action at "Item" tab with Change Mode.
