Error "The requested operation is not available" with fingerprint "Exception stackTrace is empty" occurs when searching for job requisitions in RCM external career site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the RCM external career site
2. Click search button to search for jobs
3. Error occurs with Request: /portalcareer

The issue arises because Mobile Apply is enabled but RMK (Recruiting Marketing) is not enabled. This results in a NULL pointer exception as the system cannot find the RMK URL.

1. Navigate to Provisioning > Company Settings.
2. Enable Recruiting Marketing and save the changes.
3. Go to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Site.
4. Disable Mobile Apply.
5. Return to Provisioning > Company Settings.
6. Disable Recruiting Marketing and save the changes.
