Symptom
- In SAP Sustainability Footprint Management, the calculation method used in the "Managed Purchased Product Footprints" app was updated from "Spend Based" to "Average Based" by updating the data using a new import file with the updated data.
- However, when doing the calculation in the "Calculate Footprints" app, the system does not use the correct calculation method for the organizational Footprint Inventory being used.
- The issue affects certain products under the updated product group, which return errors like "Cannot determine CO2e per unit for product as product quantity is not provided. Check if you have imported consistent business transactions relevant for this product." when we check the products in the "Manage Footprint Results" app.
