Symptom
- An error occurs when trying to set data types in the specific product configuration after completing all procedures within SAP Central business configuration.
- The user is redirected to S/4HANA Cloud Public and receives an error message.
- The user is unable to create a maintenance order within the system.

Reproducing the Issue
- Complete all procedures within SAP Central business configuration.
- Attempt to make changes within the specific product configuration.
- Observe the redirection to S/4HANA Cloud Public and the subsequent error.
- Attempt to create a maintenance order within the system.
Cause
Resolution
- Identify the business role "BR_BPC_EXPERT" via the "Maintain Business Roles" app and enter into it.
- Enter into edit mode by clicking the "Edit" button.
- Click the "Maintain Restrictions" button.
- Change the "Update, Read, Value Help" currently selected as "No Access" to "Unrestricted".
- The user will then be able to edit the configuration activity "Define Date Types, Duration Types and Date Rules for Service Transactions (ID: 104300)" without any problem.
