3603761 - Different Messages Triggered for Overlapping Termination - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• When an employee tries to submit a termination while there is already one ongoing, the message "You cannot do this transaction at this time. Please contact your System Administrator" is displayed, indicating that the transaction cannot be performed at this time.
• When a user tries to submit a termination for another employee while there is already a termination ongoing, a different message is displayed: USER is already terminated on XX/XX/XXXX, indicating that the employee is already terminated.
