Symptom

- The issue occurs when users log into a quote and attempt to use the SAP CX AI feature by clicking on the bulb button.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log into a quote.
- Click on the bulb button.
- Observe that the SAP CX AI functionality is inaccessible.
Resolution
For strategic reasons, SAP CPQ will no longer support the CPQ CX AI integration. Further guidance and updates will be provided through our official help pages.
