3603780 - How does the system behave when we transfer the ownership of a requisition that is in 'Composing' status and was generated after a change order?

Symptom

When we transfer the ownership of a Composing Requisition that was generated after the change order process, the previously active versions of the PR and PO linked to that composing PR will also be transferred to the new owner.
