3603847 - Issue with Inbound Deliveries in TM ASR

Symptom

  • In the Advanced Shipping and Receiving (ASR) integration between Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM), an status are not in sync between the Delivery and the FO
  • Despite the freight order status being "In Execution" and the warehousing processing status being "Ready for Warehouse Processing", the EWM delivery in EWM remains blocked in case of transport driven scenario.
  • The error message displayed is "Delivery is blocked due to external transportation planning".
  • For warehouse driven scenario, Despite the EWM delivery status being "ready for shipping" the warehousing processing status in the FO is not complete yet.
