3603895 - Restrict visibility of workflow updates to current manager - Employee Central

Symptom

When an employee is transferred to a new manager and some fields are changed, the transfer workflow includes both the current and new manager. After the current manager approves the request, the request moves to the new manager who updates the new salary and pay grade for the employee.

At this point, workflow is still pending and the requirement is that the current manager should not be able to view the new information (like new salary proposed) of the employee.

However, when the current manager accesses "My Pending Workflows" and views "Pending Requests That I Approved", they can see all the new update information in the workflow, including the new salary, despite target population permissions restrict this information.

Respect permission is set to Yes on workflow configuration.
