DUK validation of the SAF-T XML file fails for Assets reports when GL Accounts are missing the description in Romanian.

The validation error is:

Masterfiles
eroare atribut: : atribut prezent dar vid nepermis 

Translating the error to English: "attribute present but void not allowed"
