Business catalog "SAP_FIN_BC_AFC_APPS_PC" is not available while setting up Advanced Financial Closing Integration as per the documentation.

This is actually a slight (and temporary) mismatch in the documentation: the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_AFC_APPS_PC is not (yet) visible in the system. It is expected to be available soon in the future. With this business catalog, a tile will be available that allows the user to navigate from the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Launchpad to the SAP Advanced Financial Closing Launchpad. This is a pure convenience function for the user and has no impact on the functionality as such. The user can always access the SAP Advanced Financial Closing Launchpad directly, with or without the assignment of the navigation tile in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It is possible to add the business catalog to business role at a later point in time once it is visible in system.

It is possible to assign the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_AFC_APJ_PROC_PC to business role, though. This will allow users having that role to schedule jobs which are authorized for via other business roles, can also schedule jobs via SAP Advanced Financial Closing.
