3603946 - Dumps LOAD_TEXTPOOL_LOST in the different /1AGS/* programs in SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

SAP Solution Manager jobs are failing with a DUMP error: LOAD_TEXTPOOL_LOST. The dumps happen in the different /1AGS/* programs if checking transaction ST22.

Canceled job log:
Internal session terminated with a runtime error LOAD_TEXTPOOL_LOST (see ST22)

Error analysis
The text elements in program "/1AGS/ASERVICE_PREPARATION_005" had to be reloaded from the database during the program run because they had been pushed out of the local program buffer due to a memory shortage. The database already contained modified texts however.
