Error when submitting the hire through Add new employee/Add contingent worker "java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 0 out of bounds for length 0".

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Pending Hires/ Add new employee/ Add contingent worker.
- Select/ Hire an employee.
- Submit the hire and the Error pops-up.
Resolution
The issue will be fixed via patch 2504p4 (PTCH-46843) which is scheduled for 13th May 2025.
