Symptom
- Inability to upload customer sales returns using the Fiori tile "Import Sales Document".
- The system displays the error: "App could not be opened either due to an incorrect configuration or a missing role assignment."
- All necessary roles, business roles, and business catalogs are correctly assigned, yet the issue persists.
Environment
Sales Document Import from Spreadsheet (Public Cloud)
Reproducing the Issue
- Enter Tile Name- Import Sales Document.
- Select Customer Return.
Resolution
Add the business catalog "SAP_SD_BC_CUSTRET_IMPORT_PC" to one of the business roles of the business user.
