3604010 - No data is displayed in app Bank Statement Monitor -Intraday

Bank statement has been imported to the SAP system, but "No data" is displayed in app Bank Statement Monitor -Intraday.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Navigate to app Bank Statement Monitor -Intraday.
2. Check the bank statement at certain key date.
3. No date is displayed.

With reference to the SAP documentation for Bank Statement Monitor - Intraday, the following two aspects require clarification:

1. Key Date Selection Criteria:
   The correct date to be utilized is the bank statement date, not the import date.

2. Processing Requirements:
   Only intraday bank statements meeting both of the following conditions will be processed:

   • Designated as "Intraday Bank Statement" type.

   • Maintained with status 8 ("Completed").

Kindly ensure timely import of intraday bank statements to enable proper display in the Bank Statement Monitor - Intraday application.

Regarding the time window parameters:
The system maintains a standard date range spanning 7 days prior to and 2 days following the current date. This configuration represents default SAP system behavior and can not be modified.
