Symptom
This Knowledge Base Article guides how to create Service Catalog Request for SPM - ICM DB restore Request.
- It is recommended to refresh a test or a development environment with a copy of the database from a production environment.
- A Database Restore Request may take 24–48 hours (minimum) to process. The actual restore time depends on the size of the database.
Prerequisites:
- How to get access to Service Request: In SAP for Me, to create a Service Request for common tasks, users must have two authorizations enabled for their SAP for Me profile to access this feature:
- Display Service Requests.
- Create Service Requests.
