3604120 - Time Off Section Missing in People Profile (PP3) - 1H 2505

Users are unable to view the Time Off/Time Information section in the People Profile (PP3) in the preview instances after 1H 2025 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Management

1. Navigate to the Employee Profile (PP3)

2. Observe that the Time Off section is missing.

3. Other sections such as Personal Information, Job Information, and Compensation Information are visible as expected.

Note: The issue is not present in the Full Profile of Latest People Profile 

This is a known issue.

• This issue will be fixed via patch 2505p4 patch (PTCH-46803) on 13th May 2025.

• Once the patch is deployed, either:

  • Wait for the next 'Refresh RBP model' job to run, as it a a daily job that runs automatically (It can be monitored via Admin Tools -> Scheduled Job Manager)

OR

• • Create and run 'Refresh RBP model', by following the steps below:
    1. You will need provide correct RBP permission, refer handbook Creating a Scheduled Job Request in Admin Center.
    2. Navigate to Admin Tools > Scheduled Job Manager > 'Job Scheduler' tab
    3. Click on 'Create Job Request' > select the Job Type as 'Refresh RBP Model' > select 'Occurrence' as 'One-Time' > Add the other mandatory details > Submit
    4. In 'Job Scheduler' tab > for the newly created job, click on 'Actions' > click on 'Run it now'.
    5. Once the job is completed successfully, the issue should be resolved.

Workaround: Directly navigate to Administer Time/Go To Time etc. pages via Global Search or using the Quick Action Tiles in the homepage
