3604235 - The fact sheets in Signavio Collaboration Hub do not load

Symptom

One or more fact sheets in the hub do not load. The error message is "Something went wrong.  Please try again later".

Resolution

As first, please try the steps:

  • Delete the cookies.
  • Open the fact sheet in another browser.
  • If there are add-ons/extensions in the browser, please let test the access to a fact sheet with add-ons turned off.
  • If activated, deactivate the automatic browser translator for SAP Signavio pages.
  • Check if the fact sheet is being displayed, if you change your current audience in the Hub.

If the access to fact sheet data still does not work, please contact SAP Signavio Support via ticket in SAP for Me. The respective component is BPI-SIG-HUB.

When creating a ticket, please answer the following questions:

  • Are all users affected, or there is only one user facing this issue?
  • Is only one diagram affected, of the issue is occurring for all?

For further analysis, it is also good to attach some data:

  • An SGX file with the affected diagram
  • Console log from the browser, when accessing the fact sheet
  • Browser network log, when accessing the fact sheet
  • Some screenshots with the given issue
