Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the AI unit consumption tracking feature in SAP for Me.
  2. Observe the absence of unit counting for Joule messages.

Resolution

At this time, specific Joule usage data are not displayed within SAP for Me. The SAP for Me team is exploring potential enhancements to provide broader reporting capabilities in the future. Further updates will be shared if and as they become available.

Instead of SAP for Me, Joule Analytics Center provide visibility to Joule usage (incl. message usage and conversation usage) in customer production landscape.
