3604279 - Purchase Order is not displayed inside of app "Manage Project Procurement"

Certain items within a Purchase Order (PO) that are assigned to a WBS Element are not displayed or cannot be found within the app "Manage Project Procurement".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app "Manage Project Procurement";
2. Fill the mandatory fields as needed;
3. Search for the affected Purchase Order;
4. Notice that the affected Purchase Order/Purchase Order Item won't be displayed as expected.

There are several reasons why PO items may not be displayed in "Manage Project Procurement" app. Below is one possible reason: The indicator for Delivery Complete is not selected at the Purchase Order Item level(under "Delivery" tab in ME23n) when the Scheduled Qty = GR Qty(under "Delivery Schedule" tab in ME23n).

When the Scheduled Qty = GR Qty (under "Delivery Schedule" tab in ME23n), the Delivery Complete flag (under "Delivery" tab in ME23n) must be selected so that this PO item can be displayed in "Manage Project Procurement" app.

It is important to be aware that Delivery Complete flag is normally set automatically upon full Goods Receipt posting. Refer to KBA: 3620796 - Delivery Completed indicator in the Purchase Order. However, this flag can be overridden by the changes to the line item such as Qty change. Refer to KBA: 3495113 - Delivery Completed checkbox is not enabled. Additionally, this flag can be set even without receiving Goods at all, just to represent that it is closed. 

To manually change the status of the Delivery Complete flag, the following steps can be performed:

1. Open app ME22n;
2. Search for the affected Purchase Order and select it to open its details;
3. Click Display/Change;
4. Under the Items section, select the Purchase Order Item that must be changed;
5. Within the Delivery tab, select the Delivery Completed flag;
6. Click Save.
