• In SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management, an issue arises when attempting to update the Classifier Name for multiple classifiers via Excel upload.
• The Excel upload process completes successfully, but the Classifier Name does not update as expected.
• Instead to edit the classifier, a new one is created.
• This issue is observed in Lower or Production environments.
