3604469 - Document Migration Stuck in "In Progress" and "Started (50%)" Status after 1H 2025 Release - Onboarding 1.0

The Onboarding 1.0 Document Migration process is stuck in "In Progress" and "Started (50%)" status.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Start the migration for Onboarding 1.0 documents
2. Observe that the migration remains "In Progress" and "Started(50%)" status

Following these steps, Document Migration Status should appear as Completed.

1. Run the "Download Onboarding 1.0 Documents for Migration Job" from provisioning.
2. After download job is completed, run the "Upload Onboarding 1.0 Documents for Migration Job" from provisioning.
3. Verify the document in "Manage Documents".
4. Run the "Onboarding 1.0 Historic Audit Data Migration Job" job from provisioning.

Note:  The migration will be last step in transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0. Once the migration starts, the customer should not upload any files. Once the job execution is completed, if the customer upload any documents, then those documents won't get migrated.
