3604470 - HTTPs urls of XS Classic application fail with error "The connection for this site is not secure <host name>uses an unsupported protocol"

Symptom

When opening a URL of any XS Classic application, e.g. HALM, XS Admin, Webidspatcher Admin and etc, it fails with error.
The error message displayed as following: 

"The connection for this site is not secure. 
<host name> uses an unsupported protocol. 
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH Unsupported protocol. 
Details: The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite."

The issue happens to all XSC https urls, like:
