3604476 - Issue with Saving Ratings in Performance Management Forms with Latest Form Experience option disabled

Performance forms are not saving the ratings as expected.

• The issue occurs when the "Latest Form Experience" feature is disabled.

1. With Latest Form Experience enabled, try give any rating to any form section
2. Hit Save and Close button, then open form again and see ratings were properly populated
3. Disable Latest Form Experience and try to give any rating to the same forms
4. See that or it will shows that the changes were saved or it will load indefinitely
5. If you were able to, hit Save and Close button
6. Open the form again and see that no rating were populated

You should have Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms option disabled under Performance Management Feature Settings.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2505p4 on preview instances on 13-May-2025. In production 1H 2025 release this issue has already been corrected.

WORKAROUND:

• Enable the Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms option under Performance Management Feature Settings.
• Disable the integration of the Performance module from Admin Center -> Manage Insights
