3604524 - GRIR Cockpit: Issue with Layout Resetting to Standard After Reentering the App

- When a user creates a layout with a defined time frame in the FIORI - Intelligent Goods and Invoice Receipt Account Reconciliation application, the date resets to the standard after reentering the app.
- The user selects the created layout as default and flags "apply automatically."
- After saving and reopening the created layout, refreshing the current page causes the layout to revert to the system standard layout.
- This issue has been tested with more than 2 users with authorization.
