3604532 - Error "Cannot create entity; path '/InvoiceItemsentitySet' is not a navigation property of 'InvoiceHeaderentity'" in Customer Invoice / Adjustment / Refund Form application

In the Customer Invoice / Adjustment / Refund Form application, when clicking the “Add item” button, the application does not navigate to the second screen. The following error is observed in the console:
