3604543 - Primary still tries to connect to secondary site even after modifying the IP address of the secondary site.

Symptom

Modified the IP address of the secondary site in global.ini, and tried to register with the primary site.
However, the primary site tries to keep trying to connect to the secondary site with the old IP address.
For example,

[32056]{-1}[-1/-1] 2025-04-30 17:31:50.194879 e sr_nameserver DRClient.cpp(00849) : Could not reach any host of site '2' to send request 'dr_getservers'. Hosts: (<old ip address>:41002) Errors:
nameserver communication error;internal error(5500)
