3604594 - "Lock All Data Changes" failed with error "The range of the statement to be passed to the database is too wide" in the conversion task list run - SAP BW/4HANA

During the conversion task list run, the step "Lock All Data Changes" failed with following errors.

• Operation  could not be carried out for
  An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB was raised, but was not handled locally or declared ina RAISING clause.
  The range of the statement to be passed to the database is too wide
  Changes to data targets cannot be disabled for ADSO AD_FIXSR
