Symptom

  1. "/MFND/CORE_CLOUD_METRICS_PROG" background job failing with below error:

Error: /MFND/CORE_CLOUD_METRICS_EXE=>SEND_PAYLOAD had an unexpected return result: Meter Flag Deactivated in Table /SMFND/D_SA for App: SAP_SERVICE_ASSET_MANAGER. 

     2. Delta download for an Offline OData client failed. Reason: The function call has an invalid response code 400
