Symptom

  • When running Transaction PT60 (Time Evaluation), the system issues the error:
    "Cluster B2 is locked for personnel number: &. Person rejected: &".

  • As a result, the program RPTIME00 skips affected employees.

  • The error occurs due to a lock on the employee's payroll/time evaluation cluster.

  • This lock is typically caused by simultaneous access via:

    • Transactions such as PA30, PTMW, or PT40

    • Background reports like SAPCDT45 or RPTARQPOST
