3604814 - 1H 2025 Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms Goal Details are Not Visible

• With the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms enabled, form processor can't see Goal Details such as goal category or metric.
• Goal details page keeps on loading or shows blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Enable the Latest experience of Performance Management forms in the Performance Management Feature Settings admin tool.
2. Open a form and see that Goal Details, such as goal category or metric, are not displayed by default.
3. Disable the Latest experience of Performance Management forms.
4. Open the same form and see that the goal name, category and metric are displayed by default in the goal header.

• Tab permissions for goal-details are set to "none" in Form Template XML.

• Read permission is not granted for goal fields to the respective role.

This is the current design of the Latest experience of Performance Management forms.

Per the Implementation guide Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms, <form-layout> element is not supported. Users can see all goal plan fields that they have permission to view. 

Ensure the user has read permission to the goal fields.

Also, user should have general user permission>> user search permission. But after the b2511 release deployed, this permission will not be checked by system. 

To fix the issue you will need to change the Form Template XML Tab permissions for goal-details to be "enabled" for certain steps and roles.
