Symptom
- A task in Cloud Integration for data services (CI-DS) is stuck or failing, pointing to a possible issue within the RFC or WebSocketRFC communication between the CI-DS agent and other systems, such as IBP, S4HANA, ECC, BW, etc. Additional logs are needed for the investigation.
- How to collect level 3 RFC traces from the CI-DS agent machine?
