3604883 - Unable to perform any upgrade from Upgrade Center in SAP SuccessFactors

• The "Upgrade Now" button in Upgrade Center is greyed out.
• An error message is displayed stating "The ability to upgrade from the Upgrade Center has been disabled for your company instance. Please contact your primary administrator(s)."

Sap SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Upgrade Center in SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Select any of the upgrade options.
3. Observe that the Upgrade Now button is disabled and the error message is displayed.

The option "Siemens Only: Disable Info Center Actions" is enabled in Provisioning Company Settings page, which disables the Upgrade action in Upgrade Center.

As customers don't have access to Provisioning, contact your Implementation Partner to follow these steps:

1. Search for "Siemens Only: Disable Info Center Actions" in the Provisioning Company Settings page.
2. Uncheck this option and save the changes.
3. Retry the upgrade process in the Upgrade Center.

 Unchecking this option in Provisioning is only to disable upgrade action in Upgrade Center, there is no other impact to customer.
