Symptom
- A case is created using the Agent Desktop.
- A form is correctly determined based on the selected category and filled out by the user.
- The case is saved, and the form appears as expected during the initial session.
- Later, when reopening the same case (e.g., from search or a worklist), the form is no longer visible within the case.
- The form only reappears after manually reselecting the associated category in the case details.
