Symptom

  • During file processing from Landing Pad an error akin to the following occurs:

[DOM_10051] [DOM_10051] Service [IS_lndtataprd] is not available in domain [Domain_lnd<TENANTID><ENVIRONMENTTYPE>]. Check the service log to see why the service is not available.
ERROR: Cannot connect to Integration Service [IS_lnd<TENANTID><ENVIRONMENTTYPE>].
