The standard package "Packaged Integration - SF EC to WFS" is failing with the 403 error below every time it runs:
"org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message., cause: org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPException: HTTP response '403: Forbidden."
The error occurs when it tries to connect to a the custom mapping iflow, "Packaged Integration SF EC to WFS - Custom Mapping".

Cause
The issue is caused by the missing CPI role "ESBMessaging.send" in the user configured to call the custom mapping iflow.
Resolution
Grant the "ESBMessaging.send" role to the CPI user.
