3605028 - The TVCPF-PLMIN is '+', but the PLMIN is blank in the copy control for pro forma invoice

Symptom

There is a Proforma invoice with SD Document Category U created from a delivery.

When you check the copy control in transaction VTFL, the field "Pos./Neg. Quantity" is blank, the technical field is V_TVCPFLP-PLMIN. However the PLMIN is different in the copy control table TVCPF, the PLMIN is + .
