3605146 - After 2505 release, the picture on form is displayed enlarged when accessing form snapshot in performance history block

After 2505 release, when "Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms" is NOT enabled, the picture on form is displayed enlarged when accessing form snapshot in performance history block.

1. Create a form template with picture inserted in section introduction and configure fixed width and height for the picture.
   
2. Create a form based on the form template.
3. Go to "Performance Management Feature Settings", and disable the "Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms" feature.
4. Go to performance inbox and open the form, notice that the picture on form is displayed normally with the fixed width and height configured in form template.
5. Go to people profile and click open the form link in performance history block.
6. Notice that the picture inserted on form is displayed enlarged, instead of the fixed width and height configured in form template.
   
7. Now go to "Performance Management Feature Settings", and enable the "Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms" feature.
8. Then go to people profile again and check the form snapshot via clicking open the form in performance history block.
9. Notice that the picture on form is displayed normally with the fixed width and height configured in form template.

This is a Known Issue.

The issue only occurs in 2505 instance when the option "Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms" is NOT enabled.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (b2511).
