Symptom
- The user is unable to see a particular Communication Scenario in the system.
- How to check relevant scope items for Communication Scenario?
Environment
Cause
Communication Scenarios are scope dependent and corresponding scope items are not active in the system.
Resolution
To access a Communication Scenario, the relevant scope item must be activated in the system.

Steps to identify the relevant scope item for activation
- Login to the SAP Business Accelerator Hub
- Select the product 'SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition'.
- Navigate to APIs > All.
- Search for the required example, such as G/L Account
- In the Overview tab, under API Resources > Attributes, check the Scope Items section.
Once the required scope item is activated in the system, the corresponding Communication Scenarios will become available.
