Symptom

Offer Letter tokens Font Style defaulting to Verdana in Manage Offer Letter Templates.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting
  2. Open a candidate's application
  3. Create Offer letter
  4. Try to update the font of token to Arial or any other font style. Click on Save draft -> Click on the added token again 
  5. You will notice the font style defaulting to Verdana.

Cause

This is a known H1 2025 Release related issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (2511).

Workaround: Appending a space after the inserted token, then selecting the token with space, applying the font style and then removing the space.
