3605326 - DVP Route Group Creation Shows Messages "Owner ABC is invalid." or "Organizer ABC is invalid."

You are creating route groups in Dynamic Visit Planning work center and you face the error messages "Owner is invalid." or ""Organizer is invalid."

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Dynamic Visit Planning work center.
2. Select the Route Groups view.
3. Click in the + icon
4. Fill in the mandatory fields.
5. Click in the Save button.
6. Message appears.

User is not assigned to see work center COD_EMPLOYEES.

User must have access to work center view Employees. Otherwise this user will not be able to select any user for the routes groups.

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the Business users view.
3. Search for the business user facing the problem.
4. Go to the Edit button and click in Access Rights.
5. Select Work Center and View Assignment.
6. Search for COD_EMPLOYEES and select the checkbox of column 'Assigned to User'.
7. Save

You may want to open the business role and trigger the update of business user manually.
