3605465 - Customising General Display Name

The fields which are available to use in Name Formats are restricted to Personal Information name-related fields (e.g. first name, last name, business first name, business last name). However, sometimes other fields, such as custom-string fields which contain name information, are needed to be used in the General Display Name based on customer configurations and requirements. These are not possible to configure in a Name Format, but can be customised to show in the General Display Name directly, without using a Name Format.
