3605535 - Learning Administration Proxy Now Feature - Proxying as a user does not display the expected Legacy Home Page or ILX Home Page

As of the 1H 2025 release, a new enhancement to the Proxy Now feature was released. The Proxy Now feature will now display the New Learning Experience (ILX) Home Page. There are times when using the Proxy Now feature, it displays the not expected Home Page.

The last setting that the user had enabled and logged out properly of the application will then display in the Proxy Now feature.

Proxy Now will display the last Home Page configuration that the specific user had set and logged out of the application properly. Example:

1. User logs in and access Learning user
2. The user lands on the Legacy Home Page and then enables the New Learning Experience to see the new Home Page
3. Before the user logs out of the system, a Learning administrator uses Proxy Now and will see the Legacy Home Page
4. The user clicks on their user profile and selects "Logout"
5. The Learning Administrator may need to log out and log back in but as long as the user does not modify their setting back to use the Legacy Home Page, the Proxy Now feature will show the New Learning Experience
