3605614 - The Reimagined Candidate Experience is causing candidates to be automatically disqualified after they apply- Recruiting Management [1H 2025]

Candidates are automatically disqualified upon applying, despite having correctly answered all the prescreening questions.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Candidate applies for a certain requisition.
2. The candidate answered all the prescreening questions correctly.
3. The application was submitted and saved successfully in the Careers system.
4. The new candidate is moved to the disqualified status. 

This only happens when the Reimagined Candidate Experience is enabled.

• This issue will be corrected in the 2H 2025 (b2511) Release.
