Symptom
- The issue is related to custom work center views created from Administrator > General Settings > Custom Work Center.
- When checking the work center view assignments, the message "Invalid Work Center View" is displayed in the list.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Administrator > General Settings > Business Roles.
- Edit one of the roles.
- Expand the work center views.
- Observe that at least one work center view is invalid.
Resolution
- In many cases, creating a new view on the custom work center will also work (the new view can then be deleted).
- New custom work center can take up to 24 hours to reflect in the system.
- The issue can be resolved by forcing a load generation on the work center. Please raise a support case to perform this.
