Application error in Recruit to Hire data Mapping page:

An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=xxxx, timestamp=xxxx, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.

1. Log into the system.
2. Access to recruit to hire data mapping page.
3. Set up the mapping for payComponentRecurring/ payComponentNonRecurring entity, save
4. Application error occurred.

This is a Known Issue.

Workaround

• As a workaround it is suggested to add pay component related mapping directly using transformation xml instead of UI tool.

Please go to Provisioning, export the template from Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template, then edit the mappings for payComponentRecurring, re-import the template to provisioning.
