3606038 - Delegated object are synced to users Outlook via Server Side Integration

When a user is a Delegate for another user, the substitutes is getting objects synced to outlook via Server Side integration.

When a user is a delegatee for another user the objects of the delegator

will show in the system as if they are the delgatee's own objects.

Example: User ABC delegates their tasks to user DEF.

When user ABC checks their "My Tasks" query in the tasks work list

they will see their tasks as well as the tasks of user DEF.

If the user ABC has the query "My Tasks" set as the synchronization filter

in groupware integration for the tasks objects then they will see the delegated

tasks of user DEF synced to their Outlook.

This is the expected action of the system, if the objects are returned in 

the query in the OWL for the user. then those objects would also be returned by

the query when the sync is performed and they would be synced to outlook.

If the user does not want the delegators objects synced to their outlook

they must maintain a query which does not return the delegated objects.

For example the standard option My records would does not return delegated objects.
