3606082 - Issue with Mapping for "DETRAZIONI" (Modulo Detrazioni) document - Onboarding

Symptom

The system is not retrieving all entries when multiple entries are provided for the standard field "Additional Fields Italy"  for the document "DETRAZIONI" (Modulo Detrazioni).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Map the required fields needed for the document "DETRAZIONI" (Modulo Detrazioni) based on an object "Additional Fields Italy".
  2. Candidate provides multiple entries for  "Additional Fields Italy".
  3. When completed observe on the form in the Onboarding Dashboard/Manage Documents  that the system only provides information from the first entry provided. 

Cause

This is a current system limitation from DocuSign, only the first field info is taken into account.

Resolution

Reach out to DocuSign via an incident using component XX-PART-DSN for further assistance.
